Short stay at the Junction Hotel really suited us. Staff friendly and helpful, thank you!
Pros:

Room is large, independent and close to bar and restaurant areas. Breakfast was good, served with charm and efficiency. Location is perfect, very short walk to all of town centre and park. Car parking right outside rooms.

Pros:

I loved the place , just opposite the nice big pub , that has food and sport, we had food which was excellent, menu was superb,absolute value for money , we had to leave early, so even though we had breakfast included, we didn’t get to see how good it was but if in area again, 100% going back, staff were superb too.room was small and nice , had all u wanted in there, bed was fairly comfortable, slept well.

Cons:

Tbh only slight criticism is parking but car park just few mins away and side streets parking, you have to pay but minimal charge after 6pm

Decent hotel in a good location that i would use again.
Pros:

A great budget hotel In extremely convenient location, short walk to shops, hospital & train station.
Pros:

Spacious well heated room. Unusually friendly staff without exception. Rooms in old stable block adjacent to pub so noise not a problem. Great location - short walk to hospital and main railway stations. Great value for money for a budget hotel room. I am gluten free and ate easily at the pub, they had a 2 a4 menu for gluten free diets, incredible. I had steak and apple crumble which were well cooked and tasty. The gluten free cooked breakfast with refilled cafetière coffee was excellent. For this price bracket would highly recommend.

Cons:

Minor points, some new sealant needed in places and a new plug for the basin.

Some good aspects but disappointing esp considering the price paid.
Pros:

Breakfast was really tasty and efficient staff member.
Room was spacious and bed was comfortable.
Parking was available.
Excellent location to the restaurants and bars.

Cons:

Room was disappointing - mould in the bathroom under the sick; soap dispense was on the floor not in a tray. Decor was a bit unfinished and dated.

Good price for the room which was let down by maintenance.
Pros:

Breakfast was great and the staff friendly.

Cons:

The room was rather spartan but clean and warm. The shower was terrible with low pressure and didn't really work properly. The shelf in the cubicle was broken with the shower gel just lying in the tray when we arrived. The lobby door to the outside had the lock missing meaning the door wouldn't close properly.
