La limpieza era tan precaria que tuve que buscarme otro hotel y el personal me recomendó que cancelara la reserva. Ahora parece ser que no me quieren devolver el dinero.

Pros:

The room has all expect needs, but the hotel can certainly use maintenance to upgrade some of the very old furniture, carpets, etc. I needed a clean room for the night and bed and bathroom were clean. This met my expectation. Certainly at the time of large exhibitions in Frankfurt, the 120EUR for the night was value for money.

Pros:

I spent a week at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The check-in process was smooth, the room was spacious. The staff were attentive and courteous. Overall, a very enjoyable and comfortable stay.

Pros:

Lo que más me gustó del lugar es la ubicación y su tranquilidad. No es exactamente lejos del aeropuerto pero aunque son 15 km, hay que recordar lo caro que es un Uber, taxi o lo que sea en Alemania. Así que si, fue costoso llegar. Aún con el bus, pagamos mucho por el tiquete de día. Prepárate para caminar 10 min de la parada de bus al hotel si usas transporte público.
Habían suficientes toallas. La persona del lobby habla poco inglés, hay que tener paciencia.
Había secadora de pelo y agua caliente, buena presión.

Cons:

Debajo de las almohadas estaba lleno de polvo y unas pelusas grandes de suciedad. Las almohadas olían a húmedo. El basurero estaba sucio con maní en el fondo antes de llegar y no hay aire acondicionado ni un ventilador y en Junio, ahí, es increíblemente caliente, aún de noche.
No había jabón de baño.
No cerraba la puerta desde adentro.
Las ventanas no se abren totalmente.

Stunning views, free parking, fridge in the room, comfortable mattresses, extra large room, clean sheets. Very friendly owner, quiet area.

Cons:

Extremely dirty, cobwebs and spiders, mosquitos, dust, potent drainage smell from bathroom, dirty floors, dirty shower, sink and toilet, extremely dirty and smelly pillows. No soap but got replaced when I asked at the reception. They need a better cleaner that cares and it would've been perfect.

The location of the property was great for our travels, close to motorway 3. It was also in a fairly quiet location with parking so it was easily accessible.

Cons:

The whole hotel was really run down and dirty. It needs a big clean and an upgrade. The breakfast choices were poor.
