Definitely coming back again
Pros:

It's a wonderful place, so peaceful, great for kids and taking rest. The hotel itself is exactly like the pictures, including the rooms (or apartments, we were in an apartment). Our initial apartment view was the one of the mountains, but since the hotel was mostly empty, they upgraded us to the view of the lake and the monastery (as can be seen in the pictures).
They didn't have heating the first two days as the day we came was the first day they were open, but they gave us a heater that was more than enough for the bedroom which we used most of the time, and they started heating afterwards.
The cleaning ladies were so kind and respectful, and the apartment was pristine. They cleaned every day, we received new towels daily, and they always asked if and when they could come in if we were still inside. The toiletries were also added daily.
The restaurant is nice, but the waiters and bartenders are the best thing in the hotel: they took care of our son every day, played with him, he loved them so much and they adored him in return; I had dietary requirements the first two days, and they always went far and beyond to accommodate me (I was fasting, but in an Orthodox Christian manner). All in all, we already miss them and can't wait to come back again!

Die Lage entschädigt alles! Es ist ein wirklich sehr stark besuchter Ort. Durch die Lages des Hotels, kann man direkt parken und hat das Kloster abends und morgens für sich!

Cons:

Das Restaurant hat um 20:00Uhr geschlossen, die Küche und 19:00Uhr, nicht nennenswerte Vegetarische Auswahl, Heizung machte 24 die ganze Nacht starke Geräusche, Frühstück nur von 9:00 - 10:00Uhr.

Die Möbel haben ihre beste Zeit hinter sich...

Pros:

Die Lage ist schön. Der Park ist toll , der See wunderbar , das Kloster vor den Fenstern des Hotelzimmers ist ein wunderbarer Anblick. Wirklich ein außergewöhnliches Gefühl dort schlafen zu dürfen. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig, der Kaffee beim Frühstück ist grausam, das Frühstück im gesamten nicht gut. Es gibt viele Spinnen am Zimmer, aber leider keine Insektengitter vor den Fenstern. Vieles im Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und kaputt (Lampen, Beistelltische,...)
Um den Preis hätte ich mir etwas anderes erwartet.

De omgeving en de authenticiteit van het klooster.
Het ontbijt wad heel goed en de bediening (een jonge vrouw) was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

Grote bedden en dat is goed maar de matrassen waren heel hard.
We hebben een half uur aan de receptie staan wachten en zelf op zoek moeten gaan naar de receptioniste. Haar uitleg was dat ze ook in het restaurant moest helpen. Dat is voor ons niet erg maar leg dan een nota aan de receptie zodat de klant geen half uur staat te wachten om dan zelf op zoek te moeten gaan naar iemand om in te checken.

Es war genauso, wie wir es uns vorgestellt hatten.
Pros:

Die Zimmer im Klostergebäude haben eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre und waren wirklich toll. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut, und auf der Terrasse mit Blick über den Ohridsee zu frühstücken war ein Highlight. Auch die Bootsfahrt zu den Quellen hat uns sehr gefallen.

Cons:

Die Küche schließt bereits um 19 Uhr und das Restaurant um 20 Uhr – danach bleibt eigentlich nur noch die Hotelbar. Auch in der Umgebung ist nach dem Weggang der Touristen ab 20 Uhr alles geschlossen.

Room very tired with old furniture, cleaning staff can do better.
If you prefer a bed that is harder than the floor, you will be in utopia, most uncomfortable thing we have ever slept in.
If we were offered a return visit FOC it would be declined.

Cons:

Even before the rock bed we had a snack & coffee in the restaurant, the waiter that served, treated us like dirt, doesn't deserve a job.
