Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful. Check-in was quick and smooth, and they were always ready to assist with a smile. Their excellent service made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended

It would be helpful if the actual room is shown before check-in.
Cons:

The room was so small, and I couldn't open my luggage except on the bed. I also bumped at the near the entrance door. I requested for a room change after seeing the room, but I was told that no other room was available for the first few days of my trip, and I ended up staying in the same assigned room, but my friend's request made at the check-in before seeing the room was accepted.

La vue du Mont Fuji de partout, c'est impressionnant!

Cons:

À moins d'avoir une voiture, ce n'est pas du tout idéal pour se déplacer. Ça se fait.. mais pas top. Vraiment cher pour la prestation

Probably the best value for money hotel in Japan
Pros:

An incredible hotel with amazing value for money! We couldn't believe how much we got for such a low price. Breakfast was included in the rate, and in the evening, they even provided free alcoholic cocktails that we could mix for ourselves. You can also choose from a variety of different pillows to ensure a good night's sleep.
The onsen was just as good as the ones in much more expensive hotels. To top it all off, the view from our room window looked directly at Mount Fuji! I also loved the keyless entry system; the door opens with a code, so we didn't have to carry a key around with us everywhere. Highly recommended!

Cons:

The only minor issue was that the toilet flushes automatically with a full/loud flush. This was quite annoying at night because if one of us used the bathroom, the loud noise was guaranteed to wake the other person up.
