Very friendly staff, helping us with visiting the floating market in the very early morning. Floating markets aren't what they used to be anymore. Staff informs you about this and sets the expectations correctly. If you like a more authentic and raw experience, the less touristy Long Xuyen is your place. The hotel is a perfect place to stay.

Just a basic hotel for an overnight stay. Service was good. Room was clean and basic.
Staff was super nice. Everybody was very genuine willing to help very knowledgeable surrounding area overall best experience for hotel. I could imagine, especially since it was my first time in a lovely country of Vietnam.
I honestly cannot say anything bad about the hotel or the property. I enjoyed every night and we have added extra nights because we were unsure what we were doing for our plans and they were very accommodating.

The staff was extremely helpful, the location was central, and the breakfast was delicious.
I booked a room with no breakfast included as it was only for 1 night stay but the Hotel was kind enough to offer buffet breakfast vouchers for us. The room was clean, spacious. It was equipped with high tech devices for lighting, furniture look nice and new. Bed was comfy enough. Breakfast was mostly local dishes and it was okay.
We couldn't use the door locks, including main door and the balcony door. At night, we managed to find ways to block both doors using furniture and eventually had a decent sleep. It would be best if the hotel can check on these locks so that guests can feel safe in the room.

We have very much appreciated the equipment and the kindness of the staff in particular Miss Tam. Very professional team indeed. I will recommend this hotel at 100 percent. Good location, close to the boats to go to the floating market.

Perfect Hotel to stay overnight. In the city center but not too noisy. Airconditioning and a fan in the room. Quite many choices in the breakfast buffet.
