Comfortable and peaceful

Nous sommes arrivés vers 9h 25 donc pas à la fermeture, beaucoup moins de nourriture que la veille dans le buffet et la jeune femme qui s’occupait du service n’avait pas envie qu’on la dérange trop apparemment

Il Gasthaus è situato in una posizione isolata ma facilmente accessibile e gode di una vista invidiabile.
La pulizia di tutta struttura è eccellente.
Ottimo cibo, colazione ricca e di qualità.
Il personale è cordiale e disponibile.

Cons:

Mi sarei aspettato un servizio aggiuntivo nella SPA, che offre sauna e zona relax, mentre i bagni sono su prenotazione.

La quiete della natura
Pros:

La posizione privilegiata, vicino al bosco, con una vista fantastica. Una struttura che rispetta le tradizioni locali, propone solo prodotti locali, valorizza la storia del posto. Semplicità e comfort, quiete impagabile.

Pros:

Della struttura mi/ci é piaciuto TUTTO! La posizione straordinaria, l edificio accogliente e pulito, la proprietaria e il suo staff tutti accoglienti gentilissimi e professionali, lo chef superbo! Lo chef è un professionista ad alto livello attento anche a chi come me ha dei problemi alimentari.
Questo posto è in tutto e per tutto un luogo unico, con uno charme e una sensazione di familiarità che andare via è stata la parte più triste della settimana!

Meraviglioso sentirsi a casa!

Il nostro soggiorno a Bad Siess è stato semplicemente delizioso. Ci è piaciuto tutto: la struttura, con camere accoglienti e curate, arredate con un’autentica e raffinata semplicità; il ristorante, dalla colazione straordinaria alle cene che si sono rivelate una piacevolissima sorpresa; la posizione, perfetta per esplorare i dintorni senza stress e per raggiungere comodamente le principali attrazioni della zona.
Un grazie di cuore allo staff: discreto, essenziale e impeccabile sotto ogni aspetto.

Posizione panoramica e sala ristornate con vista spettacolare. Molto bella anche la stube . Pane molto buono e di diverse qualità . Cena all’altezza delle aspettative e preparata con prodotti di buona qualità

Cons:

Colazione molto orientata a clientela tedesca. Nessuna torta al buffet e solo una piccola brioche vuota come dolce disponibile, oltre che a 3 marmellate e Nutella. Sarebbe ideale integrare il buffet con qualche torta e dei succhi di frutta

Pros:

Ottima la vista mozzafiato delle montagne e la cena superlativa. Davvero tantissimi complimenti alla cucina per il livello inaspettato e insolito per un hotel. Ottimi anche i servizi offerti dalla Ritten card, giro con trenino e cabinovia per raggiungere Bolzano davvero affascinante e anche salita al Corno del Renon. Ritorneremo sicuramente!

Cons:

Per la camera, doccia grande ma manca il bidet. Se dovessi fare una critica è alla colazione, molto buona ma poca varietà, mancavano le torte (peraltro assaggiate nel pomeriggio e buonissime) e biscotti/brioche. Solo piccoli croissants (contati e anche pochi, noi eravamo 4 e ne portavano 2, l'ultimo giorno abbiamo chiesto di averne uno a testa ed è arrivato). Insomma visto il livello degli altri servizi, ci aspettavamo di più, specie pensando agli sciatori).

Un posto dove rigenerarsi davvero. Lontano dalla mondanità, dal caos. Realmente pet friendly.
Pros:

Accoglienza, location, qualità del soggiorno. Sole, tanto sole. La cucina merita, materie prime di ottima qualità e piatti non scontati. Ho mangiato degli ottimi gyoza vegani.
