Good location, comfortable bed. Cleaning of bathroom needs improvement.

Comfortable and Convenient pit stop on a long journey

Cons:

They checked me into a room where the aircon didn't work. They rushed off and came back with a heater. I paid for an aircon. A heater doesn't regulate the temperature, it just makes the room hotter and hotter. I had to make a fuss to get moved to a room with an aircon . I don't like to have to make a fuss to get what I have paid for.

I would definitely stay again for a stop over between Durban and Johannesburg and with a baby

Very convenient stop over for travel from JHB to Durban
Pros:

Very conveniently situated for travelling. Multiple restaurants to choose from. Room was clean and beds were reasonably comfortable.
