Im Bad müsste man hier und da Schönheitsreparaturen durchführen
Nuestra estancia en este hotel fue bastante decepcionante. Uno de los principales problemas fue que nos asignaron una habitación en la que se escuchaba claramente la música de una fiesta que se estaba celebrando en el propio establecimiento. El ruido era constante y a un volumen muy alto, lo que hizo imposible descansar adecuadamente.
Lo más molesto no fue solo la falta de insonorización, sino que en ningún momento se nos informó previamente de que iba a tener lugar este evento. De haberlo sabido, habríamos podido tomar una decisión informada o solicitar una habitación más alejada.
Consideramos que este tipo de situaciones deberían gestionarse mejor, ya sea avisando con antelación a los huéspedes o evitando ubicar a clientes en zonas donde el descanso no está garantizado. Lamentablemente, esta experiencia afectó negativamente a nuestra valoración general del hotel.
