Nice lake; near museums;
Presents as rather grand, but not outstanding.
Only bright side is the location
Beds are too big for the room. There’s not even a place to put your luggage. Two persons staying in the same room would have a difficult time moving around, and I brought 2 children! Don’t come during winter! You won’t have enough water for shower.
The location is great
Decent room size but the beds and furniture blocks your way and doesn’t even have space for a big luggage.

Only a ten minute taxi ride from the airport, but well off the main road with no traffic noise. Staff were very kind and efficient and even when my bank card was refused they didn't panic and we sorted it out. The room had a real bathtub and the hotel gave us yoghurt and apples and stuff every day. It was very quiet.
Wasn't really anything to complain about, like other Chinese hotels they get my Visa card details from booking.com and then try and charge the fee to it when I'm not present which sometimes works and sometimes doesn't, it would always be better to do the fee when I book in so I can enter my PIN number.
The hotel is located in a quiet place and close to the Ceramics Museum
The location is not convenient and the property itself is quite old.
This is a local 5 star hotel. Good service and good value for the rate charged. Room had a nice view of the pond and lake. Good variety for breakfast with average quality. Location is short taxi rides to porcelain museums.
The receptionists needed more training. They were front desk staff but were not welcoming during our check in. However, great and thoughtful services were rendered by chambermaids and breakfast staff.
It was cozy place i loved it. I will suggest others stay here
Very good place
Breakfast was good by the lake _ when you have the chance to eat as local Chinese people rush to eat everything very early, most of food is wasted.
Bank machine didn't work for payment with a visa card.this is very problematic for international guests as not all people have WeChat pay. Staff at front desk have limited English and seem moreinterested in their phones and chatting.
