Pros:

Value for money, room size are good...cleanliness is OK (can't complain).

Cons:

No proper space...no cleanliness....unhygenic bathroom and toilets...no hot water facility....tv remote and AC remote are not working...If you complain about this, they will say adjust those things sir..this time high demand for room...
