Cons:

This is absolutely the worst hotel I've ever dealt with. The property is incredibly unresponsive, and the lack of basic professionalism and courtesy is honestly shocking.

I sent countless messages to the hotel and got exactly ONE reply, which didn't even answer my question. I spent hours trying to get a simple yes-or-no answer from the property, but apparently, even that was too much to ask. I eventually had to turn to Booking.com for help, and guess what? Even Booking.com couldn't get a proper response from them.

Seriously, don't expect any help from this hotel when you actually need it. Responding to guests and addressing their concerns is the bare minimum in the hospitality industry, yet this property can't even get that right.

I've never experienced such a complete lack of customer service from a hotel. If this is how they treat guests, I wouldn't recommend staying here to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and book somewhere else.

Great location and cabin
Pros:

Plenty of space, clean, well-equipped, great location - and an amazing view of the bay. We had a great time there, will return next time we're in the area.

Cons:

Nothing negative coming to mind - all good.

It was such an amazing experience that we've planned to visit again and stay longer.
Pros:

Our family love the stunning views there. Once we reached, we had our supper at the balcony, watching the beautiful sunset. The room is clean and the kitchen has everything we need. We cooked noddles for our breakfast the next morning.

Cons:

The shower spot in the inner bathroom of the main bedroom is too small - my husband felt he couldn't move his body. The parking lot in front of the entrance is kind of small and busy. We went back at night and there was no spot. The stuff was leaving so she asked us to park in her spot.
