Heel fijn
Pros:

Leuk hotel in het centrum van Leeuwarden, mooie kamers die leuk zijn ingericht.
Comfortabele bedden en een lekker ontbijt.

Cons:

De MIVA kamer heeft de spiegels te hoog hangen en de vloer is niet waterpas.
Jammer dat we maar 1 auto mochten parkeren ondanks dat we 2 kamers gereserveerd hadden.

Goede accommodatie, maar alles digitaal
Pros:

Locatie in centrum Leeuwarden is prima.
Ontbijt was lekker, maar niet uitgebreid helaas; Uitlegkaart op hotelkamer was in het Engels; waarom geen Nederlandse tekst daarbij.

Cons:

De bedden waren goed; maar het hoofdkussen was erg onprettig en stevig.
Ik was bij boeking op hoogte gebracht dat alles digitaal zou gaan verlopen; dus geen personeel gezien; is dus een ontdekkingsreis. Ik krijg echter de kriebels als dat grotendeels in Engels wordt gedaan; het promotie/uitleg filmpje was in het Engels, waarom geen Nederlandse ondertiteling daarbij. Ook in de verstrekking van digitale sleutels is er sprake van merkwaardig combi tussen Engels en Nederlands; maar begrijpelijk?? Denk aan de Nederlandse gast in een Nederlands hotel ! Indien ik nogmaals zou boeken, weet ik nu hoe het werkt, maar de eerste indruk op dit punt van hotel en communicatie is matig.

Leuke sfeervolle kamers die net iets anders zijn ingericht dan normaal. Fijne sfeer. Wij hadden een familiekamer voor 4 personen

Eigentlich eine prima Unterkunft, aber mit abwicklungstechnischen Mängeln!

Sehr gute Lage. Zweckmässige und schöne Zimmer. Nette Aufenthaltsmöglichkeit im Lobby-Bereich.

Cons:

Ich habe 3 Zimmer reserviert mit entsprechender Nennung der Namen. Es kam dann eine Anfrage, für jede Person einzeln Details wie Email-Adresse usw. zu übermitteln, damit die Passkeys entsprechend versendet werden können. An meine Email-Adresse ging der Passkey für einen Mitreisenden, die anderen beiden Personen haben keine Passkey erhalten. Aus einem Gespräch konnten wir entnehmen, dass es anderen Gästen ähnlich ging. -
Die Dame am Empfang hat uns auf einem falschen Weg zu unseren Zimmern geschickt. Die waren von dort nicht zu erreichen. -
Das reine Müsli-Frühstück und der McDonalds-artige Bestellbildschirm haben uns nicht gefallen. Wir sind nebenan ins Hotel gegangen und haben dort zusammen € 60 fürs Buffet bezahlt. Am nächsten Tag haben wir erfahren, dass beide Betriebe zusammengehören und wir für einen Aufpreis von € 3 pro Person das Buffet hätten nutzen können. Ein Hinweis dazu fehlte! -
Alles mit geringem personellen Aufwand zu machen bedingt, dass die gewählten Systeme funktionieren.

Soggiorno particolare a Leeuwarden
Pros:

Hotel accessibile completamente con smartphone: la porta d'ingresso, il cancello del parcheggio e la porta delle camere si aprono tutte con il telefono scrivendo un messaggio con WhatsApp. La camera è volutamente sprovvista di televisore e minibar per permettere di socializzare nella sala principale al piano terra dove sono presenti un pianoforte, dei tavoli e poltrone e un mini market e dove è possibile acquistare i prodotti in autonomia.
La sala colazioni si trova nella stessa sala principale.
Un Hotel davvero particolare.
