Quiet and away from the business of Los Baños
No sink in CR or complementary breakfast

It was a convenient location for meeting people at UP and it was nice that it has a pool, even though we didn't use it.
The air conditioner struggled to make the room slightly cooler than the outside. The layout is inconvenient, with the sink on the balcony, separate from the bathroom. Not sparkling clean, but fine.
The staff are friendly and accommodating; clean rooms and property; and value for money.
It offers a great view of Mt. Makiling as well, with a pool and open space.
The location is actually quite far from the main road, BUT I enjoyed the walk. You may also take a tricycle from the main road going in to Mt Data street if you are carrying stuff such as heavy luggage.
We stayed here because it's the nearest hotel from the UP Los Banos campus.
We will definitely come back here for our next trip.
The heater in our shower was not working.
I like the ambiance of the place, very quiet and serene. I also like that I can see the outline of Mt. Makiling from my room.
The aircon is a bit small for the room so it cannot really make the room significantly cold.
