Double the price half as nice
Pros:

I got double charged. Booking.com charged me for the room. And the hotel.stated I was never charged. And wouldn't accept my booking number. So they charged me again.

Cons:

Honest managers. Now I need to dispute charges from being double charged.

Everything our pillows were sponge bob 🤦🏼‍♀️ the bed were so hard the shower had no curtain will never stay here again

Very frustrating
Cons:

I canceled my booking before accepting , I requested first floor which they assured me but when I arrived there the receptionist said none I should be in the second floor but I’m on a wheelchair, very frustrating

I would not stay here again.
