We liked the friendly Manager on the night we arrived.
He looked after us.
There is nothing we didn't like .
Easy to park
Nothing
It is spacious. Inside and out.
This place is a half way point for the journey to the north east, excellent stopping place and dogs allowed. We had a pizza each and we couldn't finish them not bad price absolutely Delicious
Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had dinner and breakfast in restaurant both were excellent. Sat outside with a drink on Saturday to enjoy the weather.
Only 2 of us in a family room but the bathroom was very small and only 1 person at a time could be in there. Not much walkway between the two beds so access was a bit cramped. Room was clean but looking a little tired. The entrance to the hotel site had the dreaded potholes which we did complain about as it went right across the one half of the road. Had stayed at this hotel before and was sad to see the difference in the room quality.
Lovely comfortable bed and pillows
Nothing
Location, and car parking great.
Room basic and a little tired looking.
Food poor.
Staff are lovely.
Everywhere is very clean.
Some hot breakfast items (sausages and beans) are very cheap.
Having an adjoining room was not great - but that was put right for us.
We weren't keen on the multiple face piercings on one of the reception staff.
Just as good if not better than when I stayed 59 years ago
Nothing
Clean Comfortable Bed & Room, Fridge & Brilliant All You Can Eat Buffet Breakfast.
Handy location
Tired surroundings
We did not have breakfast
Bathroom was modern and clean with toiletries included. Towels provided.
Room had central heating and was well equipped.
Property itself was tired and car park seriously in need of care. Lots of pot holes, large areas of road surface missing making it difficult to avoid areas that could potentially damage the car.
The room was not adequately sound proofed meaning that noisy neighbours disturbed sleep.
