Good location just off the M1. Room was clean and tidy (if not a bit small for a double) food was sufficient for price. Was able to take breakfast away with me. Helpful staff. Fast car charging facilities on site.

Cons:

Only staircase to get to room. Looked run down outside could do with some renovation. Terrible huge potholes in driveway. Not a great choice in menu for evening meals.

I wouldn’t stay anywhere else, just minutes off M1 and free parking
Pros:

Breakfast - excellent variety of fruits and pastries, cooked breakfast: impressed that the eggs cooked anyway you like, & I like omelettes and enjoyed a delicious cheese omelette, thanks to the obliging staff & chef. All staff very friendly and room and facilities warm and ultra clean. Excellent location- a short drive from Stanhope Arms Ilkeston offering great hospitality and excellent food.

Cons:

Cannot fault it. Was my second visit here and I shall return.
