Friendly, welcoming staff and the peace and quiet - especially because of access to the cloister garden; also the breakfast was brilliant, especially the homemade blueberry muffins. Due to other reviews, we'd been worried about windows not opening in the hot weather, but we're reassured by reception and our's opened and we even had a cross breeze! Thank you for the good value stay.

Friendly, helpful staff, very nice breakfast, lovely courtyard and comfortable lounge room. Moments to bus stop with good connections to city centre and Salford Quays. A lot of choices for meals nearby. Free onsite parking.
Double bed was very uncomfortable. Sagging mattress. Room basic with not a lot of space for 2 suitcases.

Toilet, the shower head with low pressure, taking bath is difficult. I stayed in the 2nd floor.
The welcome and the cheerfulness of the staff was a highlight. The facilities were appropriate to my requirements, i.e. budget accommodation to enable me to explore the city of Manchester. It is a tranquil location and yet only a short bus ride from the busyness of the metropolis, which was an ideal situation.
There was nothing that I disliked for it was honest in what it was - a budget lodging with a simple room and a modest breakfast, ideal for exploring Manchester
In a nice location and close to where are son is living. Quiet area. Free parking.
The room was very hot..even with the window open. But we were able to get a fan which helped.

Posizione ottima con fermate dell' autobus a pochi minuti a piedi. Il personale gentilissimo, ha soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta. Luogo molto tranquillo con giardino per rilassarsi. Possibilità di lavare e asciugare la biancheria. Colazione ottima.
La camera era un po' piccola con arredamento datato.
Located in a quiet part of the city but easy to get into the centre. Room comfortable with adequate facilities. Staff so welcoming and helpful. Good continental breakfast with lots of choice. Very reasonable price.
The decor in the room was a little tired but for the price I'm not complaining, it was clean and comfortable with adequate facilities.
