Pros:

Fantastic value for money. A quiet place to stay with free parking, a very comfy bed, a hot shower and plenty of breakfast - plus lovely staff. For the price it is outstanding.

After experiencing the room, I moved out the same night to a different hotel.
Pros:

The morning receptionist was always very helpful; the breakfast-guys were supportive, even saying to take some more muffins and the like for the road; I liked their library and their little garden - a great place to work on research.
So basically the staff there are very friendly and always happy to help.

Cons:

I did not like the room: very old and run down;
the bathroom was not cleaned, I found a bunch of hairs of the former guest in there, I was picking up trash from the floor in there and the bin was not emptied...
I used antibacterial to clean the toilet-seat as I was not sure what was cleaned there at all;
the shower-place was very small and the pressure was almost non-existent;..not much air was coming through the window...the whole setting made me to book another hotel right away and leave the room at LKH during the same night.

Just in case: when I mentioned the "unclean" bathroom at the reception, the lady there asked me if I wanted to have it taken care of...I said, I was alright...which I was not because even the question itself was just the wrong...
the act should have been to make sure the bathroom was cleaned right away....:-(

Gewoon prima
Pros:

Value for money!
Pros:

Reception were helpful. I liked the porridge, the breakfast was good .
It was cheap and convenient. A really nice courtyard. It felt safe and it was quiet.

Cons:

Those kinds of bathrooms in rooms always smell bad. They are clean but the smell is from the drain, it’s really strong when you get in. No air fresheners. I had to put the code in for the WiFi every time I came back. And it sometimes fell out.

If you’re looking for £250 a night facilities,it’s not, but it is a nice place to stay for a few days, well positioned a
Pros:

It is very well positioned in a leafy part of town with Platt Park 5 minutes away. Parking is on site and free,with cvt and fenced boundary. The breakfast room is a good room, and the seated lounge next to a small but ok bar, open until 10.45pm. Bedroom is small but adequate with shower and toilet in a very small room. The shower is very good with really hot water. Tea, coffee and biscuits supplied + soap towels and shower gel.Also a tv.

Cons:

Toilet and shower in a very small room made for a slightly stale smell in room. It may have been from the carpet under the sink in main room which could get damp. This is a very good value place to stay. We enjoyed our time here and would stay here again when in Manchester.
