customer service . I paid for halfbord package and wheh we arrived at hotel aroud 15:30 , they told me that the resturant would be close by 16:30 . so we sould have dinner by that time. I refused and ask to pay back the money difference. They offered some sendvics and water for dinner which I refused . I booked that hotel because of swimming pool and dinner . we didn't want to go out for dinner, If I knew this, I wouldn't reserv this hotel, it was not worth at all.

The location is great right next to the lake and to the gondola up to the Oxygen park, the facilities and rooms are all very nice and clean. In particular the spa experience was even better than expected.
The staff wasn't particularly friendly or helpful. The salt room should be part of the wellness experience.
The breakfast was not great, unfortunately.
The price is the only updated aspect of this resort. Everything else needs to take a huge step into the present, particularly the manners and attitude of the personnel.
