Patiko gausus pusryčių stalas, lokacija, erdvu, daug veiklos vaikams: čiuožykla, automatų žaidimai, žaidimų kambarys, akvariumas, gyva muzika ir t.t

Nepatiko, kad kambaryje nebuvo chalatų, šlepečių, vandens parko erdvėje vos keli dušai ir tie labai prasti. Buvo užsakytas numeris keturiems, o patalynė ir kt. Paruošta tik dviems, susisiekus su administracija buvo atneštos papildomos patalynės, tačiau lovą teko pasikloti patiems.

Hotel pięknie przygotowany na święta, śliczne dekoracje. Od pierwszej chwili przywitanie w pokoju prezentem ze słodyczami oraz piękny kwiatek świąteczny w pokoju.
Łóżka bardzo wygodne,pokoje przestronne
i czyste.
Obsługa na recepcji,w lobby,w restauracji oraz Panie sprzatające bardzo miła.
Jedzenie różnorodne, świeże,duże ilości, niczego nie brakowało. Nawet gofry i lody z maszyny. Przepyszne jedzenie i bogate.
Park wodny ciekawy,ciepła woda podgrzewana. Było co robić. Siłownia przyjemna, nieduża ale estetyczna.
I okolica hotelu ,piękny deptak w koło z widokiem na jezioro także można było pochodzić.

Z przykrością muszę to napisać, bo jestem bardzo rozczarowana poziomem obsługi klienta w parku wodnym Tropikana. Pani która w dniach 4-7.04 pracowała na drugiej zmianie w parku wodnym na recepcji ordynarna, zero uprzejmości i kultury. Potraktowała nas jak jakiś śmie.. Mowa o Pani w blond włosach do ramion,średniego wzrostu w różowej bluzce. Pierwsza sytuacja,wzięłam nie ta kartę,zamiast karty od pokoju to od prądu. Z ordynarnością i podniesionym głosem " trzeba iść do recepcji" ale ten ton głosu i wyraz twarzy tragedia ,jakbym była w sklepie Borys, a Pani była właścicielka tego sklepu i robiła co jej się podoba.
Druga sytuacja zmusiła mnie do tego,abym napisała moje niezadowolenie. To już był skandal, chciałam odrazu udać ci do jakiegoś kierownika ale tego nie zrobiłam.
Zgłosiłam Pani że chyba zostawiłam w szafce zegarek a już wyszłam z basenu i nie miałam bransoletki,aby otworzyć szafkę. Dwa razy pytałam co w takiej sytuacji. Pani ze swoim oburzeniem i nie miłym głosem , ordynarnie, że już mi nic nie pomoże,że nie może nic zrobić. Jej koleżanka trochę przy sobie w lokach " chyba Pani nie myśli że będziemy 900szafek otwierały" . Zapytałam jeszcze raz co w takiej sytuacji. Odpowiedz "nic nie poradzimy". Pani wręcz obrażona że jej to zgłaszam, nieuprzejma do cna, za karę w pracy.
Poszła moja mama do niej ,bo ja już nie chciałam z nią rozmawiać. Podała numer szafki,że przypomniał mi się który to jest jak weszłam do środka.
Po chwili to jak ta Pani wbiegła wściekła,z pracownikiem ochrony(który był normalny)to w jaki sposób zaczęła otwierać szafki na wprost mnie,głośno krzycząc ta,ta,ta? I trzaskając nimi.Pomimo że dwa razy pokazałam szafkę która to .Oburzyła mnie tak,że aż mnie zamurowało. Nigdy w życiu nikt nie potraktował mnie w taki sposób w żadnym miejscu. Muszę napisać,że ta Pani ewidentnie nie stosuje żadnego standardu obsługi klienta,zachowuje się tak bezkarnie, że to przekracza wszystkie gra nice.
