Pros:

Hotel Gołębiewski oferuje świetną infrastrukturę, doskonałe baseny i atrakcje dla dzieci. Pod względem wypoczynku – bez zarzutu.

Cons:

Niestety, pobyt został zniszczony przez próbę wyłudzenia dodatkowej opłaty (około 30% wartości rezerwacji) za 4-letnie dziecko, mimo poprawnej rezerwacji przez Booking. Hotel stosuje własne zasady naliczania wieku (rocznikowo), a w sporze z Bookingiem posunął się do podania nieprawdy o wieku dziecka. Z samym hotelem nie było żadnej szansy polubownego rozwiązania tematu, dopiero dociśnięcie przez Booking zmieniło podejście hotelu. Silni wobec słabych, słabi wobec silnych. Odzyskanie pieniędzy wymagało interwencji z aktami urodzenia i groźby chargebacku. Hotel w porządku, ale radzę pilnować rachunków i nie dać się naciągnąć na dodatkowe opłaty niesłusznie pobrane na miejscu.
