We fietsen door Sri Lanka en kwamen na een lange dag behoorlijk moe aan. Personeel super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Fietsen kregen een veilige plek. Kamer en bed tip top in orde. Locatie erg fijn, uit de drukte. Ontbijt was ook prima in orde.

The setting of the hotel is truly beautiful and very peaceful.
Our room was comfortable and clean, the Wi-Fi worked very well, and the breakfast was excellent. We were a bit sick and exhausted after several days in the jungle, and we really needed a place with comfort to rest — this hotel definitely provided that.
The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and welcoming, and we also appreciated that they offered free laundry service, which was a very nice bonus.
However, we wouldn’t return at this price point (60 USD per night), as we expected a bit more comfort in some essential aspects. The shower was cold, which was disappointing after a long day of traveling, and there was no water dispenser available to drink freely at any time.

Kamer was fantastisch! Ruim, airco, goed bed, strijkplank en badkamer was ook voldoende ruim.
Zwembad ziet er top uit, maar geen ligzetels.

After a long day of travelling from Colombo to Monaragala i arrived late at night at the Grand Pearl Resort. The host was very nice and waited for me to let me check in (at 23:30) and also provided the help for arranging a tuktuk out of Monaragala town.
The resort was the perfect overnight stay for myself to relax and continue my travels. Good breakfast and very helpful people, comfortable rooms.
No remarks. It was very comfortable.

Great staff, great pool, good bed, facilities in the room, the area was good for walking down lanes, breakfast was okay. This is def not one to miss on travels around the country.
Bathroom need attention as there was a leak on a pipe somewhere and shower head needs cleaning so all holes work.

For anyone passing through or looking for a place to stay in Monaragala, I highly recommend this place. Its clean, comfortable, food/coffee available til 10pm and staff are extremely helpful and friendly.

location is good. very close to town. building is nice and attractive. The breakfast which i ordered was nice.
no internet or WiFi facility. no compliment bed tea at the room. no Emergency light or generator. got only 3 small water bottles as compliments which is not enough for 2 days for 3 peoples.
