Love it
Pros:

This hotel’s location is absolutely amazing, and it’s very comfortable as well. The room is not too small and cozy, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. I even received a small gift at check-out, which was such a thoughtful and cute surprise. The location is perfect—everything is within walking distance, with plenty of lovely places nearby where you can spend time, relax, and explore.

Cons:

I felt a little cold in the room, maybe some heating system can be helpful ☺️

Highly recommended for location, value, comfort, and helpful concierge.
Pros:

Location is ideal. The concierges are extremely nice and helpful, with excellent English. The rooms are nice, bed is comfortable.

Cons:

The bed was a bit creaky, and there is no outside window in the room. Otherwise, the rooms are excellent.

Good value for the money.
Pros:

Great location near Parque Espana. An unassuming front to the hotel, but very nice large rooms. An older style with small bathrooms, but all is updated and very clean. The little touches like having shampoo/conditioner, a Nespresso machine in the room, a water bottle, little candies elevated what would be a simple hotel room. Small things like that show that the management care about the guest experience. The staff were helpful and when I checked out I was given a small gift of colored stones for good energy. Details make the difference!

Cons:

The only issue I had was that the sheets were not sized correctly. The bottom sheet was fine for the king bed. But then the duvet was covered with smaller what seemed to be twin sized sheets in a rougher material. The duvet wasn't fully covered and only went down to about my knees. I wonder if that duvet is being cleaned every time.....A detail that should be corrected with proper fitting sheets.

Tiene una Excelente Ubicación, caminando hay muchas opciones de desayuno, comida, café, etc...

La ubicación y el personal de verdad que excelente. La limpieza también es de resaltar.

Cons:

Las instalaciones, el cuarto no tenía ventilación natural ni minisplit lo cual hizo realmente difícil dormir. Para sentir algo de aire teníamos que abrir la puerta a una terraza interna (hacía una sala de reuniones) pero había demasiados zancudos, de 4 noches solo pude dormir bien 2 por el calor y los zancudos.

Boutique Hotel Worth Your Stay In Roma Norte
Pros:

The customer service is exceptional, from the front desk to the cleaning staff. Diego and Francisco are very welcoming and friendly. The location of this property is ideal. The cafe right next to the hotel has an excellent menu and the coffee was perfect. We walked about 10 minutes to the metro stations. The area is safe, clean, and very friendly. CDMX is the best city for art, culture, history, cuisine AND the people. This hotel just makes it better!

Cons:

The bathroom was slightly small, but not smaller than what you get anywhere in Europe. This is not a deal breaker.
