Diego @ the front desk is exceptional at his job! The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable.
The Mezcal tasting/ shot upon check in was appreciated.
The rain showers/ water pressure were excellent. My only suggestion would be to include more drinking water in the rooms. On the last night of my stay, more water would of been appreciated. Also, a water station where people can fill up water containers without using plastic is an environmental benefit.
Beautiful and quaint hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location. Close to great restaurants and bars. Nice parks close by. Would definitely stay here again.
Only one thing. The small bathrooms were nice and clean but a bit tight if you’re on the bigger side especially the toilet area.
Everything about this property is amazing. The location is excellent. The staff are attentive and available 24/7. The room was cleaned daily.
They loaned us umbrellas when it rained, and offered assistance as needed.
The only challenge was the noise and the temperature in the room.
The large floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors that make the room so attractive and enjoyable during the day make it cold and loud at night. Neither was actually a problem for us, and the hotel provides earplugs and an extra warm blanket. It’s probably great in the hot summer.
New double-paned and sealed windows and doors would be amazing but understandably very pricey. Heavier curtains that actually close all the way could be a good solution.

Very good location. great neighbourhood to walk to anywhere you need to. Everything is nearby/walking distance.
Main entrance door needs at least some curtains for more privacy. Not a huge issue but the glass squares were not dark enough.
La atención del señor de la recepción. El contesta el teléfono, es el guardia y la recepcion.
Pero me parece injusto que solo tengan a una persona de seguridad y de recepcion toda la noche en esa silla incomoda. Por lo que cobran, deberían tener más personal.
La ubicación y lo limpio del hotel.
Iba a un concierto al GNP, esta super cerca del parque España para tomar el transporte.
Sólo creo que podrían encontrar una mejor solución a la puerta del baño. Por lo demás el cuarto esta muy bien.
The location in Roma Norte was very convenient for the local Parque España and Parque Mexcio where I was able to have a few runs. Also for a few expat pubs. The area is very popular with "gringos" I was told :-) It was also safer than other areas of Mexico City as I understand.
My room was massive although the bathroom was rather small. I enjoyed the big mirrors in the room although they did contribute to my decision to continue with my diet :-D
The room was street facing and I noticed the hotel provided a pair of ear-plugs. That kind of made me more worried than anything else but in the end I actually had no problem sleeping. Maybe someone who is a light sleeper would be affected but it didn't bother me and in fact I really enjoyed that room and stayed in it again a week later.
The staff were very helpful as well.
Overall, nice little hotel.
The biggest issue with the hotel is lack of breakfast facilities right in the hotel but there are many options not too far from the hotel. I had a walk around Parque Mexico and found lots of nice breakfast options. I was on a non/low-carb diet so I was a little picky but was perfect happy with the choices. Can't quite remember the prices but for a British traveller the prices were very affordable - I think around £8-£12 for breakfast. The closest tiny cafe near the hotel was even cheaper and very fast - I was in a hurry for a booked trip and they delivered and fast.
The bathroom was very clean but small. Again, ok for me but could be an issue if someone was bigger. Not sure if they have other rooms with bigger bathrooms.

Todo excelente
La ubicación es excelente y tiene portero 24 horas. La habitación es tranquila y el personal es agradable. Mantienen la habitación y las instalaciones muy limpias. Recomendable para estancias breves en las que vas de turismo y buscas solo un sitio para descansar.
La ventana da al pasillo y el baño es muy pequeño y algo incómodo. No tiene lámparas de mesilla junto a la cama.

Location
Location was good, especially as I was using ticket2ride for the Rosalía concert. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Very good sound management, they even include ear plugs but i didn’t need them. The view to the outside street was nice as other rooms didn’t have that.
The bathroom was a bit small but manageable as a solo traveler. No breakfast on premises.
