Pros:

I love this hotel. It's location, vibe and staff are great as are the area restaurants.
Pros:

The staff were exceptional!!! It was my birthday so they surprised me by decorating the room, leaving me special notes, towel hearts and cake. It was so thoughtful. On our first day my friend and I were turned around so one of the guys offered to walk us the few blocks to where we needed to go! We didn't take him up on his offer but it was incredibly caring. The view was great and I loved the Jacuzzi. The whole vibe of the hotel was great, so Mexico and not cookie cutter corporate. The juice bar next door was delicious. It's a short walk to nightlife and restaurants. I walked by myself at night and felt safe.

Cons:

Water wasn't available which is a problem when you can't drink tap. Once this was pointed out we always had water placed in the fridge by the attentive staff. The whiskey bar is no longer there. I was looking forward to it and was really disappointed. The room had no ceiling fan or mini-split. I asked for a fan and received one straight away. A couple of nights were raining and cold. The room got so cold that I had to sleep in my jacket.

It was good to be able to stay in a decent hotel for a good price in a good area.
Pros:

There was no breakfast offered, however, coffee was available, which was good. There is a room with tables and chairs where you could bring your own food, so that was helpful. There is also a plush room with comfortable furniture farther into the building, so away from the street noise. There was a fridge in the room which is very useful when travelling. The location, near Chapultepec Park was great as that is where the museums are that we wanted to go to.

Cons:

There was a lot of street noise, but that’s not the fault of the hotel. It is what it is. The location was good and is where we wanted to be, so bring ear plugs if you are bothered by street noise. It would have been nice if there were lamps at the bed tables. When a room is for two people, it would be nice if there were two chairs, but that seems to be quite common.

very good value for the price
Pros:

small hotel with large rooms, (tiny bathrooms) in very good location, take room 206 or 106 at the non-street side, perfectly clean and neat,very good value for the price, perfect if you dont want to spend lots for the accommodation. good breakfast place neighboring(see foto)

Pros:

L’hôtel est situé dans un quartier sécurisé et à proximité des transports, super marchés, restaurants…

Cons:

Le bruit extérieur que l’on entend dans la chambre est dérangeant. L’hôtel en est conscient puisqu’ils fournissent des boules Quies. De plus, les gens ne font pas forcément d’efforts pour se montrer discret lors de leurs allés et venus.
De plus nous avions une fenêtre dans notre chambre qui donnait sur le pallier…

Hotel Parque Espana is in a perfect location right next to two beautiful parks. Also a couple of minutes walk to Condess

Enough if you need a clean and central place only to sleep.
Pros:

- Amazing location
- Clean
- Room with lots of space
- Staff extremely helpful

Cons:

- The facilities had the bare minimum
- No functioning safe
- No nightable nor reading lights, one single switch for all lights
- Shower and toilet extremely small
- No windows could be opened
- No A/C
- Rooftop not available
- The saddest restaurant room in the world
