Pros:

La ubicacion, personal super atento, limpieza, detalles de bienvenida y salida (souvenirs), tranquilidad.

Cons:

Que no había microondas, que no aceptan niños (este hotel me gusto para traer mas adelante a un hijo de 12 años pero solo es para mayores)

It was ok, I think it is good for a bare bones experience

One of the best places to be is definitely near the Roma and Condesa's neighborhoods in Mexico City.
Pros:

The hotel is a beautifully restored modern building situated in the heart of Mexico City's tourism district. My wife and I stayed in a simple room, but the experience was elevated by the exceptional staff. They were respectful and eager to offer suggestions on how we could make the most of both the hotel and the surrounding city. This is definitely a place we would return to, no matter the season.

Cons:

We were unable to access a hot beverage or a method to prepare hot tea. It would be helpful to have options available for making hot drinks in the future.

Agréable séjour à la montagne
Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel proche du métro Chapultepec et du parc de Chapultepec (dans lequel il y a plusieurs attractions de la ville) était très pratique. L'hôtel était calme ce qui est appréciable car Mexico est une ville bruyante. La chambre était propre. Le personnel était très gentil. Le décor de la chambre est un habillage des murs avec du sapin, ce qui rappelle la montagne (Mexico est une ville en altitude à 2240 mètres).

Cons:

Il n'y a pas de petit déjeuner proposé par l'hôtel mais il y a un café juste à côté de l'hôtel et il est proposé du café en libre service dans une salle à côté de l'accueil (à savoir car non expliqué à l'arrivée).
La salle de bain de notre chambre était très petite.
La connaissance en anglais du personnel de l'accueil était approximative (mais on se débrouille avec Google Translate).
Pour améliorer notre séjour, il aurait été appréciable de disposer d'une bouilloire dans la chambre pour se faire du thé ou un café instantané le matin.

Pros:

Muy buena ubicación.

Cons:

Muy mal servicio y atención al cliente. En el servicio de lavandería dañaron una prenda de más 100 dólares y no quisieron reconocer nada. Las camas rechinan y en las noches se escucha absolutamente todo, tanto de la calle como del hotel. El servicio de limpieza diario muy regular. Las camas no son muy cómodas.

Pros:

i like everything, personal were so kind and helpful, the location is perfect to see mexico city

Cons:

one of the bathrooms was super small, the other room we had was very confortable, the extralarge bed, personal are super nice, great experience, highly recommended

Clean, safe, excellent stay
Pros:

Clean, nice, well maintained hotel. The staff were very kind and welcoming. The location was great near the parks and felt very safe. The price was affordable (especially to get the penthouse with the jacuzzi) and was worth every dollar spent
