Pros:

Degelijke, vernieuwde badkamer met goede douche.
Parking aan het hotel.
Vlak bij autostrade.
Late aankomst was geen probleem voor het personeel, vriendelijke ontvangst.

Cons:

De kamer rook onaangenaam. Het tapijt was vlekkerig en voelde niet net.

We hadden 2 kamers: in de ene kamer maakte de frigo veel lawaai, in de andere kamer maakte de airco een vreemd geluid.

Geluid van de deurbel, bel aan de balie,... 's nachts hoorbaar tot in de kamer.

Groezelige buurt.

Tip: gegevens vooraf kunnen doorgeven zou het inchecken kunnen bespoedigen, en geef spontaan info mee zoals Wifi code.

Aunque por fuera se ve viejo por dentro está muy bien, la habitación muy cómoda y espaciosa.

Really good hotel, will definitely stop here again when I visit Gipuzkoa.
Pros:

Great hotel, spacious room, private bathroom. Very clean. High standard. Mini fridge and AC available in the room. Staff was really nice and they spoke some English which is a big plus. There's no restaurant but you can find a cafeteria downstairs, it is open from 7:00/7:30am till 9pm. You can get coffee and a pintxo, some tortilla or a sweat pastry for under 5 euro.

Cons:

The room was getting quite warm during the night even tho there was no heatwave outside, good thing AC is in the room. Nothing to complain about really.

Hotel al lado de la carretera. Habitaciones correctas y personal amable.

Habitación con bañera de hidromasaje y aire acondicionado.
Personal muy amable.
Bar y restaurante con buena oferta de menú y posibilidad de actividades como billar y futbolín.

Todo perfecto.
Pros:

La amabilidad del personal de recepción y de la cafetería fue genial. Pese a estar al lado de una carretera la habitación estaba muy bien insonorizada. Mucho lugar de aparcamiento.

Que las ventanas están insonorizadas, tiene aire acondicionado y estaba limpio.

Cons:

Lo que menos nos gustó es que cuando llegamos al hotel creíamos que no estaba abierto, por la fachada que parece que está un poco dejado.
El baño demasiado oscuro de luz.
