Noisy aircon...Aircon upstairs...we were seniors having to go up and down the stairs to switch on ...toilet running for a long time after it's flushed....TV did not work
We had to get other accommodation, we've requested a refund based on the above...no response thus far.
The shower had a shower curtain but it's broken on the one side, it's also not appropriate as the water was everywhere in the bathroom after taking a shower. The bathroom also did not have a door, it has curtains which was torn. I find it very unprofessional for a bathroom not to have a door.
Central location and beautiful aesthetics
