Pros:

O hotel é um prédio espetacular!! Tudo muito bem conservado e limpo. A vista para a Pedra Azul é outro espetáculo!!! O café da manhã é servido em uma antiga adega, um charme!!
Não deixe de fazer a trilha que percorre o hotel e arredores.

A estrutura do hotel é ótima. Se quiser a pessoa nem precisa sair do hotel. Pegamos o quarto standard. Tudo super limpo e muito confortável. O restaurante do hotel também é muito bom!

Excelente localização, local bem sossegado, exceto quando algum helicóptero pousa ou decola.

Cons:

Como o hotel se apresenta sendo 5 estrelas, sentimos falta do serviço de mensageiro e de valet parking. O menu do restaurante (à la carte) é bem restrito, sem muitas variedades. O café da manhã (incluso no valor da hospedagem) também é bem básico. O estacionamento não possui pavimentação, em dias úmidos, ao desembarcar, se pisa direto na terra molhada que gruda nos calçados.

Hotel muito bom, mas o café da manhã precisa melhorar
Pros:

O hotel é muito bem localizado, os quartos são ótimos e a vista é incrível. Mesmo sendo um hotel mais antigo, não tem cheiro de mofo e está sempre bem limpo. A piscina aquecida é muito quentinha, mesmo sendo ao ar livre, o que dificulta sair quando já começou a ventar ou esfriar. Deveriam entregar um roupão.

Cons:

O nivel do café da manhã não condiz com o nível do hotel. O café, tanto da máquina quanto coado na garrafa, são muito ruins e a comida não tem nada de especial. Os bolos são massas prontas. Pedimos tapioca e veio com os ingredientes frios. Um hotel desse nivel deveria ter um café da manhã diferenciado.
