Everything was just as it should be. The staff are really welcoming and helpful.
I have stayed at Kathy hotel several times, the staff are always very kind and helpful, it’s inexpensive and comfortable in a good location with good air conditioning.
The owners were brilliant they helped with everything
The room is very clean. Room service was carried out every day with towels change
Drinking water was provided in the fridge. We weren't informed that the water will be charged after consumption. Two of us in a room had to pay 90,000D for 5.5 liters of drinking water consumed and another friend in a single room was charged 50,000D for 2.5 liter of drinking water. All the hotels we stayed in Vietnam provided free drinking water. It's not a matter of money that concerned us, but we were not informed during check in time the terms and conditions of charged consumables.
