Comfortable place with fantastic service
Pros:

It sits in the heart of port Ellen, very convenient. Nicely decorated place, comfortable. The best is the staff Coco, she is such an energetic lady, from helping us with carrying our luggage upstairs to make us great cocktail, she is always so happy and encouraging. Even after we check out, we still came back o the bar mainly because of her.

A small lift would be nice

Excellent stay leaving lovely memories
Pros:

The location is excellent. Across the road from the sea and within very short walking distance of 2-3 restaurants. The room included finer touches such as good coffee, a plunger, water, biscuits, and hot chocolate. Breakfast included fresh fruit and a lovely selection of hot Scottish breakfast options. It provided perfect access to nearby whiskey distilleries. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accomodating. I can certainly recommend the accommodation.

Cons:

There is no lift - BUT, since I contacted them beforehand, the accommodation was very kind to put me in a room on the first floor and to assist with my luggage. (I was walking with crutches at the time.). This is thus not a negative remark. Just something that travellers should connsider depending on their needs.

Room was clean and neat, sea facing room. Excellent location with eateries , fuel station , car wash , cash machine nearby.
The breakfast was sumptuous and well worth it.

직원분들이 너무 친절하셨고, 아침 조식 뷰도 너무 예뻤고, 위치도 너무 탁월했어요. 바에도 다양한 술이 있어서 좋았습니다.

Cons:

모든게 완벽했지만 아쉬웠던 점은 밤에 좀 추웠어요. 담요도 주시는데 그것도 같이 덮어야할것 같아요.
