it was budget accommation so you get what you pay for.
Pros:

The staff were very nice, the room was very clean.

Cons:

The rooms were very small and lacked bench space. The TV reception was very bad with the image pixilating constantly making it impossible to watch. The rooms face onto the pubs smoking courtyard, so noise was particlurly bad at night, up until 12 am or later.

Nice town, friendly staff, but our room was grubby and in need of a refresh.

Cons:

Dirty carpet. No soap dish in shower. Vanity cupboard filling up with water. No cupboards, or storage space. No fly screens.

Short and sweet. Good value for money

Bloke behind the bar was an absolute cracker. Shower had heaps of pressure aswell

Evitez cet endroit si possible.
Pros:

Le nom de l'établissement n'est pas celui marqué sur le site, donc il faut demander les voisins pour le trouver. Le check-in est rapide, l'hotel est au centre-ville.

Cons:

Les photos du site ne correspondent pas à la réalité : c'est une chambre minuscule, style pénitentiaire, avec un lit minuscule, un petit lavabo et frigo, ni table, ni chaise Pas de fenêtre à l'extérieur, sinon des fenêtres en haut de la chambre qui donnent sur le couloir intern. Donc autant la nuit que le matin il y a la lumière qui dérange pour dormir. Chambre du style à faire froid dans le dos, aucun envie de s'attarder dedans. J'avais demandé une chambre calme, on m'a donné la chambre à côté des douches !

Convenient location, value for money; generally clean facilities.

Cons:

Very noisy neighbours; some smoked right outside my door, the smoke seeping under the door through the gap; either the TV remote control or the TV not working properly, frustrating trying to get the news I needed to know; microwave situated in the smoking area.

It was clean, tidy and the staff were lovely..... But

Cons:

I've never heard noise like I did at that place! There was a common area outside my room and until about 10pm at night and then again from 8am in the morning I heard every conversation that took place.
The conversations aren't even worth discussing, they were disgusting at best.
Could not leave Queenstown fast enough the next day.

Creepy vibe, door didn't lock, I left and stayed elsewhere.
Pros:

The staff were responsive to my questions.

Cons:

Stained carpet, creepy vibe in unit and in the pub. I couldn't lock the door from the inside. When I asked the staff to show me if there is a trick, they couldn't lock it either. As a woman, alone, there was no way I was staying in any hotel, let alone one this creepy without a door that I can lock. I left and got accommodation elsewhere.
