Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut, mitten in der Altstadt.
Sehr sauber und ordentlich.
Seht gutes Frühstück, nettes und aufmerksames Personal.

Cons:

Leider war mein Zimmer zur Unteres Bachgasse hin gelegen. Dort sind Cafés und Bistros in denen die Leute bis spät nachts sich sehr laut unterhalten und extrem laut sind. Das ist der Nachteil der Lage in der Altstadt. Oder man fragt nach einem Zimmer zum Innenhof. Bei offenem Fenster ist nicht an Schlaf zu denken. Leider.

Pros:

Location is great, in the middle of Altstadt in a beautiful street and very quiet for a good rest. The facilities are beautiful and the rooms are very clean and elegantly decorated. The breakfast is very good with a lot of fresh options to choose from.

Cons:

Nothing, everything was good.

Nett aber nichts Besonderes
Pros:

Die Lage in der Altstadt ist perfekt. Allerdings würden wir für eine Reise mit Hund kein Hotel mehr in der Altstadt buchen. In der gesamten Gegend gibt es keinen Baum oder stück Rasenfläche.
Alles im Hotel hat funktioniert,war aber alles in allem Nichts besonderes.

Cons:

Im Schrank haben wir einen schwarzen Body gefunden. Wir haben ihn für die nächsten Gäste liegen gelassen.
Das Frühstück ist sein Geld nicht wert. Da ist Luft nach oben. Keine Abwechslung und übersichtliches Angebot.
Irgendwie kommt man sich nicht willkommen vor.

Hervorragend. Wir kommen wieder.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Altstadt. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß und sehr schön eingerichtet. Im Hotel befindet sich eine Bar, in der man abends sehr schön verweilen kann. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend.

Cons:

Nichts. Man sollte sich nur darauf einstellen, dass das Auto in einem Parkhaus in der Nähe kostenpflichtig abgestellt werden muss.

Pros:

Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Hotel ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich direkt beim Betreten des Hotels sehr wohl. Das Frühstück ist mega. Die Dame, die für das Frühstück zuständig ist, erfüllt alle Wünsche. Die Lage ist für abends etwas trinken zu gehen genial. Auch hatten wir unseren Hund dabei. Für ihn standen direkt Näpfe und Leckerlis bereit.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles war stimmig und äußerst angenehm! Check-out war um 11 Uhr; da ich Regensburg aber erst um 17:30 Uhr verlassen habe, konnte ich ganz easy mein Gespräck  im Hotel lassen und noch ein wenig in der Stadt unterwegs sein. Für mich steht fest: Beim nächsten Besuch in Regensburg wird es wieder dieses wundervolle Hotel. Vielen Dank für den überdurchschnittlichen Service!

Cons:

Ich hatte während der zwei Übernachtungen keinerlei Kritikpunkte.
