Nice comfortable place in upper Tapovan. “Quiet” for where it is located. Very clean and comfortable beds.

Cons:

Restaurant is limited. But many options close by.

Good for repeat!
Pros:

One of the few options with clean bedding, hot water, and a clean room (by Indian standards) at an affordable price. You can tell the hotel is well maintained and cared for. The room has a kettle and proper plumbing that is actually comfortable to use.

Cons:

Because of the low hot water pressure, there wasn’t enough flow to shower properly. We had to wash using the tap instead.

Wondeful place ideally located out of the turmoil of Lakshman Jhula
We had beautiful rooms nicely renovated with great lights (switches on one side of the bed only 😉)
Very confortable beds

Pros:

One of the best Hostels I've ever stayed.
It's very clean and with a lot of cozy common areas to rest or be around. The location in upper tapovan is also close to a lot of coffees, good walkable distance to the markets and Ganges ✨

The infrastructure is very good! The staff, with the exception of one, are very polite and helpful. Welcoming environment and well located.

Cons:

I don't recommend this for digital nomads. The night shift employee was always bothering me, turning off the light where I was as a final sign of discomfort. He asked me to change my work location, sighed at me as a sign of impatience, and it seemed like I was there for free. This made me feel bad, so I stayed for a week and decided to change hotels. All the other employees were amazing, but this young man from the night shift wasn't, especially since he works nights like me; he could have shown more empathy.
