Pros:

フロントの方が私たちの旅行プランについて
とても親身に対応してくれて信頼できた

Cons:

●トイレが汚い

●フロントの方がアーリーチェックインのプラス料金を言ってきたが、
高かったのでチェックインせずカフェで過ごすと言ったら
「いくらならいい？」と聞いてきた。
ぼられそうになった。
すごく少なめに言えばいい。

●ヨガのスタジオがカビ臭い。
ヨガマットもべたべたに濡れている。
無料だから？オフシーズンだから？先生はいない。

Decent place to stay in Tapovan.
Pros:

Friendly staff, big and clean rooms and the best part is that it has its own parking space!

Cons:

I did give them feedback about hot water in the washrooms. The hotel has boiler technology for hot water and it takes time to reach the taps. One ends up wasting too much water in order to wait for hot water.
