Quartos ótimos, limpos. Hotel bem localizado, funcionários muito solícitos. É a segunda vez que me hospedo no hotel. Recomendo e voltaria a me hospedar com certeza.

The location is great, near the main road with restaurants,taxis but still a quiet hotel.
The room size is big,it's clean and the staff is really Nice and helpfull
Staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. Regularly asking if I needed room cleaning and how comfortable my stay was. I would recommend this hotel for solo travellers. The location was very convenient close by to restaurants, cafes, shops, ATM and a short walk to the blissful Ganga river. I would stay here again!

I spent a week in Tapovan following my yoga course and was delighted with my stay at The Shivaay. All the important details were there - huge comfy bed, excellent shower pressure, super clean... Most importantly the staff was lovely and I felt very safe and comfortable as a solo female traveller. Thank you for everything, and see you again 😊
had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with a very cozy bed that made for a good night’s sleep. I especially loved the large window and the nice balcony, which offered a small but beautiful view of the mountains. The staff were polite, helpful, and made the stay even better. Considering the price, this hotel is definitely worth it. I would happily stay here again on my next visit.
Super friendly and helpful staff going above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The rooms were well equipped and clean with lots of natural light and comfortable beds. The rooftop offers great views and the restaurant serves delicious and well priced food. Location is excellent.
Can be noisy due to the proximity to main road and many activities happening around. On the other hand this is also what makes the location great as everything is in short walking distance and easy to reach.

It was clean. And good size room. Thats about it.
It wasnt quite as shown in the pictures. Its hard to find. Needs a bit more to it. Felt very basic and tired. When it could, with a bit of care be very very good.
