Dissapointing
Cons:

The reception staff is extremely rude with no telephone etiquette.
Shower door could not close properly.
Bedding is a flat sheet with a quilt - definitely not 4 star accommodation.
Satellite television channels did not work.
Located in an area that is still being built - luckily for us it was close to the venue where we had to attend.
Will not book here again.
