Staff was outstanding and food was wonderful
Place needs some clean up
Good choice if you want to visit Amsterdam and you have a car. The price is lower than the city, you will have a good breakfast, and it is quiet. Perfect for a family trip, we were on a three generation trip and all was good.
The rooms are big, but it feels a bit old, like 90s old. Still everything was clean.
Very good stay friendly staff food verry good
The rooms are above the pub area, when we arrived we thought it was going to be very quiet as it is a bistro type pub in the middle of nowhere. However, it comes alive for dinner - the place was very busy when we came down for our dinner.
Dinner was very nice, but a bit expensive - but I suspect it is because of the location and the type of venue it is.
The room was large and there was enough space for all of our motorbike gear.
The hosts were excellent and made myself and my daughter feel very welcomed.
When we were about to leave, it was raining and we were kindly offered black bags to cover some of things to keep them dry - quality service!
Great spot on the river, with lots of old windmills to look at - however, was raining when we were there so didn't venture out to far.
Door on the bathroom would not shut - but really, I don't have much else to say that I didn't like.
Wonderful location by a lake, in the distance there are some traditional wind mills, a cosy and welcoming bar-restaurant, delicious breakfast, big room, good beds, nice and helpful staff.
During the night the heaters/radiators made a constant, annoying, "sizzling" noise
It was an old stile building hotel, with comfortable rooms, with nice restaurant and friendy stuff.
The food we eated for dinner was amazing and prices were friendly.
Central position to explore the area from Amsterdam up to Texel and coastal areas.
Fair price & nice staff.
Room furniture can be improved
