Das Frühstück war sehr ausgiebig und schön angerichtet. Die Lage ist super und wenn man mit dem ÖV unterwegs ist zu Fuss sehr gut erreichbar. .

Cons:

Im grossen Badezimmer fehlt eine Ablage für Kulturbeutel. Auch ein Stuhl für die Kleider beim duschen wäre super.

This is not a hotel as most people would understand the word
Pros:

The “ hotel” is in a good location
The rooms were clean and pleasant

Cons:

This is not really a hotel but a dormitory for the nearby hotel Insele 4 minutes walk away from the hotel Schloss. The Scloss has no reception ( you walk 4-6 minutes across the park to check in.
There are zero facilities in the schloss, no guest seating, no bar, no restaurant service just your room …. That is it.
Things like a kettle/ coffee in the room not there, no room service, no receptionist and a security key system that has a real risk you could be locked out of the premises.

es war schlicht und einfach sehr unbefriedigend und zu teuer…

es war nicht sauber, der veloraum war richtig dreckig und mit spinnengewebe versehen. das zimmer hatte keinen balkon und war nicht sauber gereinigt. das personal war nicht unfreundlich. der frühstückskaffee war total ungeniesbar und hat nach gräueln gerochen.

Herzlicher Empfang, sensationelle gelegen, gutes Zusammenspiel mit dem Nachbargästehotel "Inseli".
Pros:

Wir sind mit den Fahrräder aus Deutschland via Fähre in Romanshorn angekommen und wurden von einem sehr netten Concierge herzlich empfangen. Obschon wir praktisch die einzigen Gäste waren, wurden wir sehr nett in Empfang genommen und wir hatten das ganze Hotel für uns alleine. Das Frühstück im Nachbargebäude "Inseli" war hervorragend und wir wurden sehr gut bewirtet.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen was man an der Ausstattung und an der teilweise ungepflegten Umgebung und auf der Sonnenterrasse gut sehen kann. Die Zimmer wirken altbacken. Eine Auffrischung der Liegenschaft ist unumgänglich. Die Terrasse mit der Pergola wirkt lieblos, ungepflegt - einem Schlosshotel nicht würdig. Da liegt mit relativ wenig Kapital ein grosses Potential brach. Schade......

Zimmer tip top, die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Das Frühstück gibt es im benachbarten Hotel (jeweils Montag und Dienstag). Es war hervorragend
