Visita a Rocamadour
Pros:

La ubicación es fantástica. La habitación está bien, sus vistas también. Tiene buen aparcamiento y el personal es amable. El desayuno, normal; sin embargo, para cenar había poca variedad.

Cons:

Lo que no nos gustó nada fue el ruido. Desde la habitación se oía la música de la cafetería hasta cerca de las once de la noche. Era realmente molesto y dificultaba mucho el descanso.

Pros:

La situation géographique à 10' à pied du sanctuaire de Rocamadour et dominant la vallée, offrant une vue imprenable sur le château.
Bonne table.
Parking gratuit.

Cons:

Stagiaires en formation, personnel débordé pendant le service du soir, familiarités parfois déplacées nous ont laissés un sentiment mitigé et une vague impression de chaos !

Lovely place would definitely return!
Pros:

Free parking on site was ample and with views to the city
The breakfast was exceptional not only by variety but quality, again with views to the city
We stayed in room 7 for one night and we didn’t find it as small as some have described.
Staff was nice.
Shower was nice and hot (once I figure out how to operate it! We needed to open the max water flow to actually have hot water, a strange mechanic for me personally).
Would definitely recommend and return if around the area again!

Cons:

Room not very soundproof, noise could be heard coming up from the restaurant bellow still around 23pm, as staff were putting things away. After that it was all quiet and we had a nice sleep. So not really a deterrent for us, just an observation.

Hice mi reserva y pago de habitación por booking, a la hora de pagar los extras , es decir comida, desayuno y tasas turísticas me cobran también la habitación, le digo,a la chica de recepción que no , que la habitación está pagada, con muy mal modo me dice que no, yo,le vuelvo a decir que si, contando con la barrera del idioma por mi parte muy poco francés y por su parte nada de español ni ningún esfuerzo por intentar entenderme, le hago ver mi recibo de cargo de booking, se empieza a poner nerviosa ella , otra señora que había allí y el señor del despacho inferior, discuten durante una rato y me devuelven el dinero del coste de la habitación en efectivo ( yo había pagado con tarjeta) y aún estoy esperando un: lo siento , ha sido un error o una disculpa. Al devolver la llave de la habitación me la quita de la mano con muy malos modos. Me he ido con un mal cuerpo horrible, lo que podía haber sido una experiencia maravillosa se ha convertido en un final horrible.

Pros:

The view as described was fabulous across to Rocamadour from the terrace.

Cons:

The evening staff were extremely rude from start to finish. They were busy, however this does not bode well in a professional business environment. The food was of poor quality. It was the worst experience we have had for a long time from staff with bad abrasive attitude on waiting on in a restaurant and bar. The room was basic so the cost was only reflective due to the view. Extremely disappointed.
