Pros:

Sehr lobenswert ist die Ausstattung des Bades mit Bidet und ebenerdiger Dusche. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. vom Balkon aus hat man eine sehr schöne Aussicht. Das Frühstück war äußerst reichhaltig, das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Zu verbessern wäre nur, dass es im Zimmer auch Trinkgläser gibt.

Bellissima accoglienza per un'ottima struttura

L'accoglienza del personale è stata perfetta. Siamo arrivati accaldati e stanchi dal viaggio, con le bambine impazienti, e l'albergatrice, avendo letto velocemente e correttamente la situazione, ci ha fornito subito la stanza facendomi fare con tutta calma il check-in dopo aver fatto accomodare la mia famiglia.
Abbiamo trovato la stanza della giusta dimensione per noi 4, molto pulita e curata, completa di tutti i comfort, con anche delle bottiglie fresche nel mini frigo.
La vera chicca è la spettacolare vista che si gode una volta aperta la porta finestra che da sulla terrazza, davvero da togliere il fiato.
La posizione è stata per noi perfetta, non volendo più spostare la macchina dal parcheggio (pubblico ma convenzionato perciò con prezzo agevolato), ci ha permesso di cenare e fare un piccolo giro nel centro storico ormai svuotato dal grosso dei turisti che lo affollano durante il giorno.
Ottima esperienza da tutti i punti di vista.

Good location and very clean room but ask for room away from street if light sleeper
Pros:

Hotel was clean and room was comfortable although a little small.
Location was right in middle of historic town so very convenient. Hotel was able to let us check in earlier as well so that was nice

Cons:

Our room is facing the street so late at night if there are people walking around and talking , you can hear it. I think the other side of the hallway that face the Mountain View would be quieter.
Separately after we checked out, my credit card was billed an additional small fee but when I contact management, they said they did not charge anything and it must be the booking site that is doing it. I booked all my different hotel stays through booking.com and this was the only hotel where I got a small fee afterward so that makes me a bit more cautious if I do stay there again to make sure if I get charged extra again

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit atemberaubendem Ausblick und sehr herzlicher Gastgeberin
Pros:

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt bei Donatella! Sie hat uns von der ersten Sekunde an wie zuhause fühlen lassen. Eine absolute Empfehlung wenn man in San Marino ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

La ubicación es excelente. En pleno centro de San Marino, parte más alta. Bien cerca de restaurants, bares, negocios y atractivos turísticos.

+Great location at the heart of town. Pretty much everything is a walking distance away from here (although, do note that the whole town is uphills and downhills).
+Great shower (which seemed to have been upgraded since the last time I was here, as had been some other things).
+Good, comfortable bed.
