Location, Comfort and Views!!
Pros:

Perfect location. Taxi (van 70 euros from Rimini station) lets you off at bottom of street walk up not down to hotel!! Perfectly located to walk to all the castles and other attractions. Breakfast available at the restaurant downstairs which is very reasonably priced. Donatelle very helpful when our train was delayed by hours!!

Cons:

All good - a small kettle for late and early coffee/tea would have made our stay perfect.
