I had stayed in the hotel for 2 nights during my scuba diving FD in neil islands...
The rooms are spacious.. its a decent hotel..
The restaurant food is not good...
In this price range, its a good stay..
The check out time is sharp 9am and they charge 400rs per hour for late check out..

From check in to check out at this place was a wonderful experience. Staffs are well behaved, all services are very good. Food quality, taste & variety is too good.
Got back the camera battery & charger, which left at hotel after 1day, they delivered at Port Blair.

After conducting research, I selected "CS Empire Hotel" At Neil Island. I just visited this hotel in the Current month, and I was mesmerized to see their luxurious accommodations. Their staff behaviour is also excellent, and I would love to visit again. I was highly impressed with its clean and comfortable rooms and additional facilities. I highly recommend it. The secure and safe environment of this hotel will always have my heart. I have recommended that others visit CS Empire Hotel once, and I can assure you that they will never regret it.

The Deluxe room was beautifully decorated, and the amenities were exceptional, especially considering the small island setting. However, there was no Wi-Fi available, as they claimed it was under maintenance. Additionally, the breakfast provided was quite ordinary, lacking fruits, eggs, and cereals, and overall, it was unpalatable.

CS Empire is very good Hotel, Reception staff also very polite, co operative.
Hotel room was also clean and neat,I would like also mentioned here morning breakfast was very good.
Each room have separate balcony for morning vibes was good. This hotel is nearby jetty

Room was good. No Wi-fi. they claim its under maintenance. Please take a note that JIO Sim will not work in Neil Island (Shaheed Dweep new name of the island). Breakfast very ordinary no fruits, no eggs, no cereals. No complimentary water bottles. Walking distance is a small town, vegetable market & also where there is Lord Krishna temple.

I loved being there and the experience with the people there was also very good... Nice food and the service available was also good and quick thank you for being our travel partners and helping us out with your best services

The hotel is good! The staffs are very polite and helpful. We went as a family of four and enjoyed our stay here. They have balcony for individual rooms. The hotel is surrounded by by green foliage.

Cockroaches and lizard in room. No table in room. No food options in breakfast. If you don’t eat what is in buffet then you shouldn’t eat at all. You can’t order anything other than water during buffet. They served idli sambhar and since we don’t like to eat that they told us the only option is bread toast. They refused to make eggs too. No TV while on generator. Only when there is electricity the tv will work. No wifi. Wayyy too overpriced for this bad experience.

Absolute pathetic experience. Infested by rat, had to call up the reception to change the room in the mid night
.The new room they gave had no flush working. Nothing good about this stay.Never coming back.Be cautious if you come here.

Stayed one day with family. Very near to Neil island jetty. Great hospitality, polite staff, Good restaurant. Overall comfortable stay.

Best 3 star range hotel in our entire stay. Hotel looks brand new, rooms are pretty new and properly maintained, very spacious rooms with balcony view. Service is also very good, they are so responsive and smiling. We had a Tamil speaking manager who made us even more comfortable. Restaurant was very calm and peaceful. Taste was too good, this is also part of Dugong restaurant because this hotel also belongs to Pearl park beach resort. Overall it was an amazing stay, thanks!

Hotel have lot restrictions. Service was not at all good. You keep on calling no cares yours. Very cheap behaviour from staff and owner. Please avoid this hotel. Our trip was ruined only because of this hotel. Food is very costly and not good. No positives about this hotel. You can get more better hotels than this

The hotel front area and rooms were okay but the washrooms were dirty. No wifi available in the rooms ..only at the reception it was available...that too on request.Eventhough there was access to TV ,no South Indian channels were available. Complimentary breakfast was provided which was good.
