Beside that incident everything else was fine
Pros:

There’s no person in charge or phone number to communicate in case you have an issue or emergency at night, we face a little a issue and try to contact the number we found we left a message but they never return our call

Cons:

That night it was pouring rain and there was a leak from the ceiling big drops started falling in my head and this is when we try to contact the from desk but no answer and nobody to help us in that situation

El terreno a donde esta construido el hotel es un paraiso terrenal, vistas insuperables desde cualquier punto del hotel, muy recomendable.

Amazing vacation stay.
Pros:

Very nice place and staff was very good. Very friendly and great service as well. I also wanna give a thank you to David. He was very amazing and help me with whatever I need it and to plan my sister-in-law birthday surprise. Ezequiel was very professional and very helpful as well.

Cons:

I don’t the entrance to the hotel it’s very rocky so I will give my opinion for them to fix the entrance and that will make it look so much better. I also don’t like that the bar and food closes very early which it was 8 PM. I wish it would close more until like midnight.

La ubicación y el staff muy amable.

Cons:

Las fotos de la habitación Ocean View en Booking son para engañar al cliente. La habitación es muy diferente, sin puerta de vidrio, sin vista directa al mar, con dos ventanas muy pequeñas, sin privacidad.
