Liebevoll geführtes Hotel
Pros:

Schönes und sehr liebevoll geführtes Hotel. Sonderwünsche beim Essen waren überhaupt kein Problem. Hier nimmt man sich viel Zeit für die Gäste. Für Ausflüge bekommt wertvolle Tipps. Die freundliche Umgang hat uns sehr gefallen, das hat man nicht oft.

I had a confirmed reservation at this hotel, but when I arrived, I was told they had double booked the room. Despite having proof of confirmation, they had no accommodation available. After traveling and expecting a smooth check-in, this was extremely disappointing and stressful. Very unprofessional handling of reservations.

Wonderful experience with memories made
Pros:

It had a homey feel. It was cosy, it was romantic and offered the right amount of modernization, comfort and rustic mountainous italian countryside living.

Cons:

There are some seriously problematic and limited transport options in the area. Although this has nothing to do with the exceptional hotel experience

Das Abendessen hat gut geschmeckt, nur die Portion des Hauptganges war sehr übersichtlich. Davon konnte man nicht satt sein.

Animali ammessi, ma forse non benvenuti!

Non abbiamo potuto usufruire dei servizi disponibili e previsti (sauna, area relax e idromassaggio) solo perché con noi in vacanza abbiamo portato il nostro cane in un albergo dove c'era scritto su booking "animali ammessi"...lo portavamo tutto il giorno in montagna con noi, al ritorno solo una volta l'abbiamo lasciato in camera per andare a goderci l'idromassaggio, ma il proprietario è venuto a chiamarci infuriato perché abbaiava...avrà abbaiato il primo momento magari, è un cane bravissimo e dolcissimo...ma zero tolleranza, empatia e capacità di gestire la situazione...abbiamo dovuto uscire dalla vasca idromassaggio immediatamente...premetto il cane paga ben 20 euro al giorno e nessun kit è previsto, nemmeno il frigo...ha potuto mangiare solo secco, perché l'umido è andato a male dopo poco...quindi un consiglio...andateci solo se non avete animali, anche se c'e' scritto che "sono ammessi".

Tolles Hotel mit super Küche und Pool.
Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter und Inhaber sind sehr freundlich. Der Chef hat uns gute Wandertipps gegeben. Der Wellnessbereich ist gut und sauber. Auch der Außenpool mit Liegewiese war top. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das gute Essen. Das Zimmer war groß und vom Balkon hatten wir einen herrlichen Ausblick auf die Berge.
