The room walls are absolutely filthy! They could do with a lick of paint. The carpet is old and dirty! The shower has mould! No aircon, and the window didn’t open. Overall, a very uncomfortable stay!

Not much, wasn’t the cleanest of rooms or the comfiest bed. Awful area..arrived and someone was getting arrested in reception and the rest of their friends kicked out the hotel, wasn’t the best start to our stay to then follow by music and the sound of base until 5am

Reasonable price, you get what you pay for. Room was clean although there was a questionable smell. Staff were lovely.

Would not accept cash at the bar.
Nightclub very close open till 5 in the morning.
Extremely hot room, no second fan available.
All members of staff friendly and polite, very helpful when I needed extra items, I have recently had knee replacement and was in a lot of pain but they did everything n they could to ensure I had what I needed to be comfortable.
Besa and pillows very comfy. Breakfast was delicious!
Fan in the room blew dust from itself all over the bed.
Only one extra pillow provided and only one room key allowed for two of us staying in a double room.
We did request an extra pillow and get one, shame the same can not be said for the key card.
Just off from town centre and had parking facilities. However, needs bigger fans and carpet changing and small fridge in rooms.
