I didn’t take break fast
I didn’t like how the house keepers will just knock on your door as early as 8 to clean the room . This lady knocked without even waiting for a response and she just opened the door forcefully allowing herself in while I was fully naked so I had to tell her I’m naked so she went back. Room has no fridge . Some couple of children boys to be precise running and making noise all over the hall way . I didn’t enjoy my stay
Easy location for train station - welcoming reception staff -
Lovely & clean. Quick check in - clean lift. The housekeeping staff on 4th floor - amazingly brilliant - Korey the man on reception - so helpful - friendly guy . All the reception are fantastic actually. Asked for ice cream- easy to get. The housekeeper even got us a fab such a lovely place.. the security are quite strict but it’s brilliant because you feel safe. Thanks guys & ladies will be Back
Nothing really -
Nothing to complain. About because you can call the wassap number & you get anything you request. You just ask.
Good location for train station. Great for a one night stay. Breakfast was ok.
In my room there was a lot of dust on surfaces, e.g., behind the TV, and bits on the carpet, although the bathroom and bed area were very clean.
The staff
The room was boiling, no AC but I asked for a fan and it was provided. I can’t open my window because of the noise from outside. The carpet needs a replacing and no free parking space
The only good thing about this property was a TM whose name is Pedro. Really so positive he went above and beyond to make us feel more comfortable. He was the only staff member who was going extra mile just because he is so welcoming!
This is the second time we meet a tm at the reception (don’t know his name) extremely rude and useless. Also, the room we had this time was extremely dirty. The carpet, even the wall was all dirty. Room was smelling like old clothes and the same smell was in the bathroom.
No information about hotel in the room. Nor was there anything at reception desk or at the bar to say that food was available. Nor anyone at the bar to ask. I therefore went out in the pouring rain to get my evening meal. Why not advertise that you serve breakfast and evening meals?
I’d rather use stairs than wait for lift, but on opening the stairs entrance the next door said emergency use only (or words to that effect)
