Bad service all round could do so much better

Cons:

Shower didn’t work when we called someone up regarding shower complaint they said they’d be up in 40 minutes stayed up all night no one came why was there no more then one member on the night when they should have been 2 people. Plus it was very noisy during the night people talking so loudly when coming in and out of hotel slamming doors during the night and when we asked for air fresheners didn’t get any either won’t be coming back.
