Pros:

this was an absolute dream for our ski trip! the staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile, a tip, or a plan. The complimentary shuttle into town was a huge win !

our room was well-designed and felt very "modern alpine". waking up to breakfast with full mountain-and-lake views every morning was also truly wonderful! the kind of moment that makes you slow down and actually enjoy being there. after long days on the slopes, the spa and pool felt like a personal apology from winter.

overall, the hotel made our trip very easy! would happily stay again

Total Disrespect
Pros:

I reserved two rooms at this hotel and, on the day of check-out, after vacating the rooms at 12:00 p.m., I requested that my luggage be stored until 3:00 p.m., when we were scheduled to take the train, as the train station is located directly in front of the hotel. Our intention was to have lunch with our family at one of the hotel’s restaurants until it was time to leave.

However, we were informed that the entire hotel had been booked by an English guest for a high amount, and that no other guests would be allowed to remain on the hotel that day. I find this information completely unacceptable, as we were not informed of this situation in advance.

The situation became even more serious when, after I had already left our luggage in the care of the reception desk, my husband and I briefly left for a quick purchase. Upon our return, we were shocked to learn that our four suitcases had been handed over to our children, who are 14 years old, and that they had 5 minutes to leave the hotel. This was embarrassing, irresponsible, and completely unacceptable.

If the hotel intended to require all guests to leave on that day, reservations should have been blocked in advance in order to avoid placing guests in such a humiliating situation. Regardless of the fact that a guest booked the entire hotel for three days, all guests must be treated with respect and care, especially when minors are involved.
