There was only our group for dinner, yet it took almost an hour for the food to be served.
The room was dimly lit, and there was no hair dryer — we had to ask the front desk for one.
The bathroom water temperature was unstable, and the sink was very small.

The worst place that we stay during our vacation

Cons:

Not worth the price. Very basic. The staff are not good either. Asked for an iron and a hair dryer, but they said they didn’t have any. There wasn’t even a kettle. The room only had a single side lamp.

The staff were not friendly at all. They looked annoyed when we asked for essential items. Even a toothbrush wasn’t provided. Not good. Don’t come here.

In the middle of nowhere

No chairs, no toilet paper
Not a real Spa, just 3 bed on the terrace
There were no bar or shop near the accomodation
We arrived and left nearly at the same moment
That is why they charge before you arrive

Pros:

Great cottages with really comfortable bed, also has a modern and very quiet air conditioning unit.

Cons:

Like most showers throughout Bali, water pressure was poor but manageable.

Base for our favourite beach on Nusa Penida
Pros:

Nice little bungalows on a hill slope, with the sea visible in the distance. AC and WLAN worked well, good restaurant. Gede Armstrong gives great Suggestions, we booked 2 car tours with various beaches on the island and the transfers incl the ferry (speed boat) over to Nusa Penida. All worked very well. Thank you

Cons:

Booking has the location wrong. It is NOT on the Atuh beach but about 15 min walk away from Atuh beach (nice) and Diamond beach (spectacular, the best we have seen on this trip). The return is a bit tough due to the steep climb in the hot climate. We took a car, or rent a scooter could help.

Bad facility, not nice owner
Pros:

The staff was nice, smile and friendly, except the boss.

Cons:

the price already high compare to the area but the facilities were bad. The bathroom was dirty and old, no hot water. I couldnt sleep good because of the air conditioner point directly to my bed and can not adjust the direction. Sea view was a joke, receptionist 24/24 was a joke, i asked them at 10:30pm for hair dryer and there were nobody, i texted the boss and he read and ignored me also! The boss doesnt care about his customers. There was no sea view!
