Great accommodation.
Pros:

Booked two apartments and a room; all were very clean, comfortable, and well-appointed.
Late night check-in was smooth thanks to the helpful and very friendly night receptionist, and the breakfast team was pleasant as well.

Cons:

The morning receptionist on August 1st at 10:00 AM had a completely unwelcoming and miserable attitude. We were not difficult guests—we simply asked if she needed our room numbers before we entered the dining area. Her rude tone and dismissive response made us feel like a burden just for asking a basic question. Sorry for that, but that's the fact.
