Pros:

Friendly staff, clean hotel and rooms, large shop with cafes 5 min walk, good value for money.

Cons:

Bed a bit hard but we are getting used to it :)

Good bathroom
Elevator from the ground floor
The Big C supermarket is within 5 min walk

Run by lovely family, auntie is really friendly despite zero English
She even borrowed me a sun hat when I tried to wander outside in midday without one))))))

Cons:

Be advised: rooms with one double bed has no windows to outside, windows open to corridor!

It's a nice place to stay
Pros:

The personal were very friendly. At leaving the lady there served me with peanuts & coffee.
P.S. I forgot my phone charger there and they agreed to send it to me to my next booking.
