Не понравилось то, что завтраки не входят в стоимость, про такой цене за ночь, плохой сервис,

Сам отель комфортный, чистый, но далеко от города

Не понравилось то, что завтрак не входил в стоимость, можно было бы взять из двух завтраков только один, а если хочешь чашку чая - доплачиваешь, хочешь ещё что-нибудь поесть - доплачиваешь. Как правило, завтраки во всем мире входят в стоимость. Сам отель дорогой по цене и честно говоря не стоит своих денег, учитывая, что ещё завтраки платные. Также, когда сдавала ключ, девушка на ресепшн, перед тем, как принять номер, говорит: «Я пойду посмотрю, все ли в номере в порядке», то есть это было унизительно для меня, как делового человека.

Cons:

Проживала в номере за 117 тыс. Тенге. Старые телевизоры. Один не работает, оторванные шторы, не рабочий телефон, не рабочие светильники. Светильники над кроватью чтобы включить надо вставать и искать включатель за кроватью - оооочень удобно! Позвала персонал. Проблемы не устранили. Телевизоры для красоты висят.

Понравился персонал, вежливый и приятный, местоположение рядом с спорт объектами.

Cons:

Завтрак очень скудный и не вкусный, долго ждать, когда торопишься каждая минута важна, может надо с вечера заказ брать, чтоб утром был готов ко времени, возможно так быстрее будет, в общем отель конечно не плохой, номера уже подустали, цена и качество не соответствует

Ужасно. Я сожалею что выбрала этот отель и пользовалась букингом.

Расположение отеля

Cons:

Все. Грязно. Не убирались в номере. Обманули на деньги в кассе. Взяли как за люкс номер расположили нас в обычном номере. Завтраков нет. Вода работает плохо, банных принадлежности не меняли, и дали только на одного человека.

Освежать номера каждый год желательно. А цены не соответствуют комфорту.

Освежить надо номера и мебель. Цена не соответствует качеству. Раньше было лучше.
