Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das unglaublich leckere Frühstück – eine tolle Auswahl und alles frisch zubereitet. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, sodass man sich direkt willkommen fühlt. Auch die Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel war einwandfrei. Insgesamt hat einfach alles gepasst – ich komme sehr gerne wieder und kann das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr groß und gut ausgestattet.
Dazu noch direkte Sicht in den Karlsruher Zoo und eine mit Getränken bestückte Minibar.

Cons:

Schön wäre es wenn in dem Zimmer vielleicht noch ein paar Teebeutel bzw Kaffeepulver vorhanden wäre.

Ein toller Zwischenstopp.
Pros:

Die perfekte Lage zum Bahnhof der fußläufig erreichbar ist. Trotzdem ruhige Lage, da kein Durchgangsverkehr. Das Stadtzentrum ist bequem per Tram und auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Einchecken war easy. Das Personal ist superfreundlich und kundenorientiert. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig und frisch zubereitet. Frühstück mit Blick auf die roten Pandas im Zoo nebenan. Die frischen Brötchen werden nicht weggeworfen. Wir kamen am späten Nachmittag an und konnten belegte Brötchen nehmen und Kuchen und Plätzchen waren ebenfalls ausgelegt. Besondere Service eine kostenfreie Minibar mit 4 Getränken. Am Abreisetag konnte das Gepäck auch nach dem Checkout deponiert werden. Der Zoobesuch nebenan war somit perfekt. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder.

Die ruhige Lage zwischen Zoo und Hinterhof ist richtig schön. Und dass man nachmittags noch ein paar belegte Brötchen und Kuchenstückchen vorfindet für den schnellen Hunger ist total nett. Vielen Dank.

Pros:

Sehr zentral gelegen und sehe leckeres Frühstück mit Blick auf die Tiergehege des Zoos. Checkin sehr einfach.

Cons:

Im Zimmer zum Hinterhof hörte ich wegen Südwind die Südtangenten- Umgehungsstraße recht laut. Das Doppelzimmer war sehr klein.
