Die Lage und das freundliche Personal. Parkplatz hinter dem Hotel. Die Bar ist sehr schön eingerichtet, tolles Design.
Ein sehr schöner und geselliger Ort mit vielen Lokalen. Für einen Tagesausflug nach Maastricht ideal. Gefrühstückt haben wir nicht im Hotel.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist sehr süß und hat viel zu erzählen. Es strahlt wie eine grand Dame.
Aber oben der Flur vor den Zimmern passt nicht zum Hotel, vom gruseligen Teppich bis zu den Zimmertüren.
Es war sehr lustig im Bad den Gast von oben singen zu hören, als wenn er neben einem steht.

Outdated rooms and bathrooms
No toiletries were provided on arrival (we have to ask for those). Nothing was left by cleaning staff after cleaning the room for 3 days.
Charged for parking but was not given the parking tag until 3rd request
Bedding was never changed during our 3 nights stay

Een heerlijk verblijf op een centrale plek.
Pros:

De medewerkers waren ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en smakelijk.

De kamer was erg schoon en de zithoek was zo comfortabel dat we die daadwerkelijk gebruikt hebben.

Cons:

Wel een beetje oud (bijv hersteld behang), maar omdat alles zo schoon was stoorde het ons niet.
