Umfangreiches Frühstück immer alles frisch und hübsch angerichtet. Das Auge ist eben mit. Das Servicepersonal stets zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Eine Unterkunft die ich jederzeit wieder besuchen würde.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit .
Unsere Suite war komfortabel, sehr gutes Bett, ruhig und über einen Fahrstuhl erreichbar.
Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig.
Das reichhaltige Frühstück lies keine Wünsche offen. Nachmittags gab es Kaffee und Kuchen, auch der war sehr lecker.

Comfortable hotel with old-fashioned charming service and modern facilities
Pros:

Lovely and comfortable room, with a balcony (including a bistro set) and with two armchairs.
Exceptional service by the staff. In particular, the housekeeping team are brilliant: they are assiduous in cleaning your room while you are in breakfast. This means that if you want just to relax on your balcony or in your room for a bit in the morning, you can do so without getting in the way, which is lovely.
The grounds are charming, with a few Strandkorbe to sit in. The hotel is well located for the town and the beach: it's less than 10 minutes away from the railway station and the main bus station, and less than 10 minutes away from the beach. Despite being very close to the main street in Westerland, it is very quiet. I didn't notice any traffic noise, even with the balcony doors open.
Breakfast is a good German breakfast, with some excellent croissants and raisin buns from the associated Raffelhuschen bakery served (you can spot a Raffelhuschen on Sylt because there's always a long queue early in the morning!). Do also look out for the coffee and (Raffelhuschen) cake in the afternoon: a real treat.

Cons:

A minor niggle is that while staff replenish the bottle of water in your room every day, it isn't made clear that only the first such bottle is free.

Trotz Regen und Sturm ein schöner Aufenthalt dank des Hotels Raffelhüschen.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt zentral, aber sehr ruhig in Westerland. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichhaltig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Cons:

Die Tiefgarage ist eher für geübte Fahrer.

perfect stay - one of the best locations in Westerland compared with other 4 * Hotels
Pros:

Nice Terrace with "Strandkorb", beautiful decorated and spacious room, very very quite, exceptionell friendly staff, very good breakfast. Compared with other 4 star rated hotels in westerland it's the best - we will come back!

Cons:

Having Breakfast outside in the garden in summe would be great
