Simpatia principalmente da moça do café da manhã.
Chuveiro muito bom.
A vista para o hotel Quitandinha

Cons:

As acomodações são bem antigas, a cama fazia muito barulho.
A imagem da TV é horrível, a luz caiu 2x na parte da tarde. Foi rápido, mas o ideal q não acontecesse.
O café não é ruim, posso chamar de modesto.
Achei um pouco distante de tudo. Procurei uma padaria/um lugar p tomar um café e não achei. (17:30h com o Sesc fechado fiquei sem opção).
Diferente de outras pousadas que já fiquei em Petrópolis que dava para fazer praticamente tudo a pé.

Tranquilidade e atendimento da moça do café da manhã está de parabéns mto atenciosa .

Cons:

O hotel tem um potencial para melhora mas as fotos não condizem com a realidade, o hotel está mal cuidado é visível a falta de manutenção na pintura inclusive nos quartos tudo muito antigo fora que eles falaram que estava sem instabilidade na internet oque não é verdade ficamos dois dias sem internet e nem um solução foi nos apresentado a sauna nem se fala mto antiga quase não esquenta o hotel no geral precisa de uma reforma e de mas cuidado cm a limpeza da área externa .

Bom café da manhã.
Bom chuveiro no quarto.
Ar condicionado com ciclo reverso.
A vista é para o Quitandinha.
Fácil acesso para quem sobe a serra pela BR 040.
Equipe atenciosa.

Cons:

Ao chegar, o quarto exalava um forte cheiro de mofo. Foi necessário ventilar o quarto.
Colchão desconfortável.
Forneceram sabonete e uma espuma de banho (desnecessária pois não havia banheira no quarto), mas não havia xampu.
Trava da janela do quarto quebrada.
WiFi de fraco a ausente no bloco de quartos. Só consegui um sinal estável no bloco da recepção.
