The hotel was close to the city center, easy to reach from the train station. The staff was super nice.
The room was extremely small, there was space for only one bed. The second one was a slide out mattress, and if it was out there wasn't space to move in the room.
The bedsheets were really dirty: there were stains and hair on it when we arrived. The staff was nice when we asked them to change them.
Location only
Bedsheets were stained, requested for change but didn’t make any difference. Couldn’t sleep due to bedbugs. Checked out early! One night wasted

I loved that the hotel is nicely located, and great value for money. Water, tea and coffee, and a simple toast and spreads breakfast provided. Overall a great value for money, if I'm staying for a short duration
Generally, some facility issues.. For example, there is no sink in the bathroom, The window in my room wouldn't properly close, the AC took a bit to cool the air.
It was still fine for a night or two. The decent staff really made it up
