Super hôtel proche de tout et personnel adorable
Pros:

L’emplacement était génial ! Proche de tout et surtout du port ! Le personnel vous attend à l’arrivée du ferry et s’occupe de rapatrier les bagages et les monter en chambre (pas d’ascenseur)

Estancia Inmejorable!

Nuestra estancia de 3 noches fue, sin duda, una de las mejores experiencias que hemos tenido viajando. Hemos visitado muchos hoteles alrededor del mundo, pero nunca nos habían tratado con tanta amabilidad, atención y cercanía como aquí.

Desde el primer momento, el servicio fue excepcional: se encargaron de recoger nuestras maletas en el puerto a la llegada y también de llevarlas de vuelta cuando nos marchamos, algo que hizo todo mucho más cómodo.

Quiero hacer una mención especial al equipo de recepción, especialmente a las chicas que estaban esos días. Me trataron de forma increíble. La noche antes de irnos me puse muy enfermo, con vómitos y fiebre, y al día siguiente, incluso después de haber hecho el check-out, estuvieron pendientes de mí, ayudándome en todo lo que necesitaba y preocupándose sinceramente por mi bienestar.

Ese nivel de atención humana es algo que no se olvida. Recomendaría este hotel una y otra vez sin ninguna duda. Gracias por hacer que nuestra estancia fuera tan especial.
